Fitness and Dance studios offers Jazz, Hip Hop and Cheerleading dance classes for kids across our 56 Dancing Studio locations.

Fitness and Dance was established in 1980 and has grown to 56 studio locations across South East Queensland offering affordable dance classes to over   6,000 members allowing everyone to "Feel the Excitement of Dance".

The FAD dance program is designed to challenge and extend the skills of our young performers. All dancing students are encouraged & rewarded for their effort & individual achievement in dance classes. Kidss to young adult dance classes are available for a range of skill levels. With our extensive range of classes at the our Dancing Studios the choice is yours!
